1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pph987 ("pph987," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pph987 website, games, payment services, promotions, and all related features available at pph987.cam.

By accessing the pph987 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 2.3 Registration Requirements

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pph987 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. pph987 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, pph987 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph987 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pph987 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify pph987 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. pph987 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.

3.2 KYC Identity Verification

pph987 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID) and a recent selfie photograph.

pph987 may request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pph987 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, as notified to the account holder. Players will be given reasonable advance notice before any dormancy fees are applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pph987 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may change from time to time at pph987's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at pph987 is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes set out in the pph987 payment schedule, which is published separately and may be updated from time to time. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are generally processed within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

pph987 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned via the same method as the original deposit.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on pph987 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a payment method involves conversion from another currency, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the payment provider and are beyond pph987's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by pph987 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your pph987 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to abuse or exploit pph987 promotions — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. pph987 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close the accounts of players who engage in such conduct.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on pph987 are operated by certified third-party game providers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in slot and table games are independently certified and audited by the respective game providers. pph987 does not modify the mathematical parameters, return-to-player (RTP) rates, or any other aspect of third-party game outcomes.

6.2 Accepted Bets

A bet is only valid and accepted once it has been confirmed by the pph987 system and a bet reference number has been issued. 6.4 Technical Failures

Where a game round cannot be completed, the relevant stake will be refunded to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pph987 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with pph987 games or to place bets;

pph987 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of its platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pph987 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or compatibility with your device or connection.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

pph987 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the pph987 website at /privacy-policy. By registering a pph987 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pph987 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide its services (including payment processing and KYC verification), or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 By pph987

pph987 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, abuse of promotions, or behaviour that pph987 reasonably determines to be harmful to other players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, pph987 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all account balances, including both deposited funds and winnings, to the extent permissible under applicable law.

12.2 By the Player

You may close your pph987 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure does not cancel or reverse pending transactions. Once an account is closed, its username cannot be reused to create a new account without pph987's prior approval.

13. Changes to These Terms

pph987 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pph987 platform. The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the pph987 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the pph987 platform and request account closure before the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
